You Bring Us Joy!

Thank you for respecting our requests and procedures during this pandemic. Like you, we find it difficult to know what to expect from day to day; we are tired of masks and staying socially distant but together we will do our best to keep each other safe.
To serve you better, you may find we will ask you more questions before we schedule your appointment. We want to be sure we are allowing enough time and whether your needs can be met curbside or inside. Cleanings for the most part are handled curbside. If you want any other concern addressed in addition to your cleaning, please let us know ahead of time so we can meet your expectations.

A BIG THANK YOU TO THOSE THAT SUPPORTED OUR SECRET SANTA DONATION DRIVE FOR SENIORS. WE WERE ABLE TO MAKE THE HOLIDAYS A LITTLE MORE JOYFUL FOR 15 INDIVIDAULS IN OUR AREA.

The Value of Individualized Assessment:

  • Caring is a differentiator. We truly will work with you one on one to be sure we address your communication goals. This does not just happen at your initial hearing evaluation, but at every follow up visit. We know the questions to ask and the answers to improve your situation. It has been a little harder to be detailed during curbside communication assessments but please call us if your think of something afterward. We want you happy!
  • Sharon’s talents as an audiologist with over 35 years of experience includes selecting the right products to meet clients’ individual concerns. Her ability to adjust them and verify success with real ear measures provides exceptional results. Do you know less than 1/3 of providers even have real ear equipment let alone use it regularly? In addition, our team will counsel, encourage, re-instruct, and provide rehabilitation strategies in person or via a Zoom session to guarantee success.
  • You can Trust what you hear at Elkhart Audiology. Our education and training allow us to change lives and enhance your connections to people through better hearing. It is not all marketing hype. We have a 92% patient satisfaction rate.

Be Merry! Be Thankful! Be Blessed! As we kick 2020 to the curb and welcome 2021, we wish you much health and happiness. We value your trust, your suggestions, and your business. Thank you for spreading the word about the opportunities for better hearing at Elkhart Audiology Rehab-
